LELC, Murcia San Javier Airport, Spain, scenery for FSX. San Javier 'was' partly a military airfield and partly commercial. Was, because in 2011 a second runway came into operation. This second runway (05L/23R) is exclusively used by the military. The main runway (05R/23L) is a bit longer and only used for commercial tourist flights.
